Darkwaar is an experiment in creating and publishing small playable ideas regularly. The 40th game, Breach, drops you into a corrupted digital dungeon where magenta portals pour threats at a glowing Core.
Hold the Core
The Core sits on a stone pedestal at the center of the arena. Integrity and the seal timer ring the pedestal—keep Integrity alive until the window closes.
Auto-Scan and Seal
Your guardian fires Auto-Scan bolts at threats in range while you drag to move. Walk into a magenta breach to seal it for a few seconds—sealing begins automatically in range. Distance still matters: stay close until the channel finishes.
Patch under pressure
Defeated threats drop tokens. Level up and choose one Patch: Firewall widens your shield and seal reach, Scan Rate hardens Auto-Scan, Quarantine slows nearby intruders, and Mend restores Integrity with brief regen. Pressure rises through calm, surge, and climax phases.
Play Breach
Drag anywhere to move. Let Auto-Scan clear the swarm. Walk portals shut when the seal ring lights. Hold Integrity until the window closes.
