Today's Darkwaar is Darkwaar11 — a small sliding puzzle.

Slide adjacent runes into the empty slot until the seal order is restored.

A tiny browser puzzle for a few minutes of play.

How to play

• Tap or click a rune next to the empty slot to slide it
• Restore the 1–15 seal order (A through O)
• Correctly placed runes glow green
• Use Restart to reset the board
• The move counter tracks how many slides you used (limit 48)

Development note

One fixed 4×4 board, Godot primitives only, touch/click sliding with a move limit and win/fail states. Source lives in the Darkwaar monorepo: github.com/darkwood-com/darkwaar.
